Hello! My name is Fern and I live in Georgia, with my husband of 49 years. We have 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren who all live near us. We love to travel, especially European travel.

I also love cooking and networking and meeting new people, and most of all helping people understand the benefits of a more natural lifestyle.

I have been following a holistic lifestyle for most of my adult life, after some health issues that started when I was a young mom. Traditional medicine at the time just didn't help me, but I was fortunate enough to find some simple lifestyle changes that actually did change my health and my life and that is what I'd love to share with you.

In 2012 I decided to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. While there I was introduced to dōTERRA® Essential Oils an became a Wellness Advocate and later a Certified Aromaspecialist . I am also Aromatouch® Technique Certified which is a light touch essential oil application along the spine focusing on Stress Management, Immune System Support, Healthy Inflammatory Response and restoring (ANS) Autonomic Nervous System Imbalance.

I have continued my holistic education since 2012 and also have these certifications:

• Reiki 2 Certified
